Summary: Not all prisons in camps had to wear the striped uniforms, just the classification. Where prisoners are held and sleep are known as barracks. Prisoners who didn't politically agree with the Nazis were sent to Dachau; once they were "rehabilitated, their belongings were returned and they could leave. Food was a little better here than in extermination camps, but not treatment.
