Summary: Every escaped captured prisoner of war was sent to the extermination camps to be killed. These two rules were to be followed: 1. All captured escapees were to be turned over to th Chief of the Security Police whether it was a large group or individual. 2. No one on the outside must be informed of the POW's capture.
